MESOSTYLOPHONE The Mesostylophone is a one stringed instrument which is tucked underneath the stylus of an ordinary turntable. It is sensitive enough to be used as a wind instrument in addition to being played with a small stick or bow. It was the precursor to many variations of stylophone leading up to the development of the Phonoharp.  |
